APA Consultant participated in a working session with the People’s Committee of Ninh Hoa Ward to present initial research and planning ideas for the proposed Ninh Hoa Wholesale Market – Logistics Urban Area. The project is envisioned as an integrated development model combining wholesale trade, logistics, supporting services, and modern urban functions within a strategic gateway location of Khanh Hoa Province.

A Strategic Location for Regional Trade and Logistics

The proposed project area is located near key transport corridors, with direct connectivity to National Highway 1A, National Highway 26B, the future Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway, the North - South Expressway, and the Van Phong economic zone. This location creates strong potential for Ninh Hoa to become a regional node for goods circulation between the Central Highlands, Nha Trang, Van Phong Port, and the South Central Coast.
