Designed as a 40-storey development with a total of 1,037 hotel and condotel units, Stelia Skyview is positioned as a premium coastal hospitality and service destination. The project benefits from its strategic location along Viet Beach, directly facing Nghinh Phong Tower and connected to Tuy Hoa City’s central tourism axis. The concept is developed under the idea of “Vertical Cruise,” organizing the building as a vertical experiential journey. The commercial and service podium, sky-level hospitality amenities, rooftop swimming pool, rooftop bar, and vertical landscape systems are integrated through soft architectural lines, curved balconies, and greenery. Together, these elements create a distinctive identity for a landmark building within Tuy Hoa’s coastal urban tourism space.
