The Sustainable Urban Planning Project for Song Cau plays a key role in the economic corridor along the Sông Cầu coastal area. The project aims to establish a commercial, economic, eco-tourism, and spiritual destination center for the South Central Coast of Vietnam. The urban development will follow the natural landscape, leveraging the existing natural scenery, including the creation of green belts connecting the lagoon and natural hills to form green parks in the inner-city districts, creating a seamless ecological urban landscape that integrates harmoniously with nature.
