With this project, APA Consultant’s vision is to create a green corridor connecting the boulevard and the coastline, integrating multiple functions such as plazas, festivals, exhibitions, sports, recreation, and beach activities. This will become a vibrant space and a defining icon of the Green Dragon City project – a place that fosters community connection and offers unique experiences of a coastal city.

The 1-kilometer coastal axis will further enhance value by leveraging the advantages of the most beautiful seaside route in the North, the Ha Long – Cam Pha road, which runs directly through the project
