APA Consultant is proud to have been awarded First Prize for its design of the Quy Nhon Square project in a prestigious competition organized by the Binh Dinh Department of Construction. With a vision to elevate Quy Nhon to international prominence, the project presents a creative master plan that honors local identity while embracing modern urban development. This iconic proposal seamlessly integrates indigenous culture with a forward-looking vision to create a green, sustainable, and people-centered public space for both residents and visitors.

Titled “The Gem Amid the Stream of History”, APA’s design was highly praised by the competition jury for its innovation, feasibility, optimization of public space, and compelling investment efficiency. The project holds immense potential to become a landmark of architectural distinction—where art, cultural heritage, and community connection converge.

The future square is set to become a major cultural and entertainment hub of the city, featuring multifunctional zones such as the Vien Dong Grandstand, an underground commercial center, Binh Dinh Gallery, and a musical fountain lake, alongside community events, art performances, and sports activities. At its core, the project seeks to harmonize natural landscapes with contemporary architecture, creating a captivating destination for the central region of Vietnam.
