About the Project

Located in the heart of Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province, the Phuoc Long Apartment project is set to become a prominent landmark on Phuoc Long Street, reaching a height of nearly 90 meters. Its architectural design draws inspiration from the culture of the Champa ethnic group, featuring an earthy and fiery color palette - two tones commonly used in Champa architecture. These colors evoke warmth and a deep connection to Mother Nature, while also aligning with future trends in green and sustainable design. Champa architects, known as "masters of brickwork art," traditionally built structures using reddish-orange or dark red bricks that were pre-fired for high porosity, assembled without mortar. Intricately carved details were meticulously crafted directly onto the brick surface. Green spaces are optimally integrated throughout the building levels, enhancing residents’ quality of life and contributing to the urban landscape.
