With a scale of approximately 40 ha, the Ninh Hoa Wholesale Market – Logistics Urban Area is oriented to become an integrated hub combining trading, logistics, services & urban functions. The project aims to enhance regional goods circulation capacity, connect directly with Van Phong International Port in the future, and contribute to the economic–urban growth of the area. In the overall site planning proposal, APA organizes the project according to a clear zoning principle while ensuring strong functional connectivity between the logistics area, wholesale market, low-rise residential area, high-rise residential area, and administrative-operation zone. The functional areas are arranged to support efficient goods circulation, convenient truck and private vehicle access, and smooth commercial operations, while allowing the project to operate as a mixed-use development that combines logistics, commerce, and long-term urban living.
