The project is positioned as a large-scale riverside resort urban complex in West Nha Trang, developed under a multi-layered model including riverfront villas, townhouses, hotel and accommodation blocks, an onsen & wellness complex, and a system of waterfront public spaces. The overall master plan is oriented toward the river, prioritizing landscape experience, microclimate, and connectivity, while creating momentum for a distinctive new destination in the city’s western growth area.

APA’s design concept inherits the identity of “old Nha Trang,” expressed through pitched roofs, verandas, arched balconies, local materials, and warm color palettes, reinterpreted in a contemporary manner to meet high-end resort standards. This architectural language evokes a sense of familiarity while establishing a unique urban identity, well suited to the coastal climate and the area’s characteristic riverine landscape.

The core differentiation lies in the integrated Onsen - Wellness model combined with accommodation and therapeutic resort functions, adding a layer of in-depth health and wellness experiences alongside premium residential products. The synergy between water-based natural resources, local architectural identity, and a diversified product mix forms a sustainable operational ecosystem, enhancing long-term value and elevating living and resort quality for Nha Trang in its new development phase.
