APA has conducted research and provided consultancy for the first resort real estate model in Ha Long that integrates commercial and service functions tailored for Muslim travelers. This initiative aims to offer a premium hospitality experience in Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Emphasizing architecture and operational concepts aligned with the culture and preferences of Middle Eastern visitors, the project features 28 mid- to high-rise buildings ranging from 3 to 9 stories, offering a diverse selection of hotel rooms and villas. Strategically located in the heart of Ha Long’s tourism hub, HALAH Village is poised to redefine luxury hospitality in the region.
