About the Project

The Hai Long Industrial Park in Thai Binh is developing rapidly, attracting a large workforce from neighboring provinces. The demand for worker housing in the area is increasing due to population growth and the influx of migrant labor. However, the current housing infrastructure for workers remains insufficient, particularly affordable housing located close to workplaces for greater convenience in daily life. The development of social housing and worker housing projects at reasonable costs is essential to address this issue, while also helping to stabilize living conditions and attract a high-quality workforce to the industrial park.

The project features modernly designed apartments that optimize living space and provide essential amenities. Infrastructure is carefully planned, including security systems and community facilities such as playgrounds, green parks, and shared spaces. The project is committed to building a healthy, sustainable, and friendly living environment that meets the housing needs of both residents and workers in the Thai Binh area.
