Five Star Odyssey boasts a prime location along one of the most beautiful beaches in the region. With a scale of 50 above-ground floors, 4 basement levels, 436 hotel rooms, 1,019 high-end residential units, 12 penthouses, and a tunnel connecting beneath the sea, the project is set to become the tallest architectural landmark in Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province. It is also poised to be one of the largest international-scale event and convention centers in Vung Tau City, with a capacity of over 1,000 guests—establishing its stature as a future icon of Southeast Asian architecture.

For this project, APA served as a senior advisor, shaping the overall strategy and implementation plan. APA also contributed to defining key architectural and construction policies and procedures, providing expert recommendations to ensure the project is executed efficiently, on schedule, within budget, in full legal compliance, and aligned with client expectations.
