The design aims to create a well-integrated complex that harmoniously connects existing elements, with the expectation of applying advanced technology and enhancing unique user experiences. A highlight of the project is the pedestrian street recreating Ban Don within Ho Tram Voi Park, together with the musical fountain and the iconic 9D Theater. All these features converge to form an attractive destination that meets the entertainment and leisure needs of both residents and visitors, while also being capable of hosting major regional events
