Located in the heart of Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province, the Greenhill International Center will be a prominent landmark along the coastline, standing at 270 meters tall. The project integrates luxury apartments, Grade A office spaces, a shopping and lifestyle center, food and beverage areas, entertainment, and a variety of other functions.

Inspired by the traditional construction techniques of the Cham ethnic group—symbolizing sustainability—the building’s podium features design elements reminiscent of the interlocking of unfired bricks, forming a strong, straight-edged frame around the commercial section of the structure. The design incorporates public spaces across multiple levels, including sky gardens, outdoor landscaped staircases, and a rooftop podium with green spaces to support recreational and residential activities. Extensive greenery is used to blend the building into its surrounding neighborhood and enhance the urban landscape.
