About the Project

Inspired by the spirit of "Ú òa", the unique architecture
of the project will bring surprise and delight to customers with its flexible blend of old and new, incorporating traditional Hoi An architecture, vaulted structures, and modern design. The project's research area is located approximately 1km from the heart of Hoi An's Old Town - an area of green landscapes and pedestrian pathways in the planning mission for both banks of the Thu Bon River until 2030, with a vision for 2050.
